We currently offer checkout for eligible products in the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Singapore. Availability depends on the item and destination; some products ship only within the U.S. Please check the product page and our Shipping Policy before ordering.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery estimates vary by product and destination. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout; see our Shipping Policy for more details.
Carriers vary by fulfillment partner and destination. Your shipping confirmation email will include tracking details once the order ships.
Product
Eligible unused and unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact support@dropsona.com before sending anything back, and review our Return & Refund Policy for conditions and instructions.
Customization is available only when a product listing explicitly offers an option for it. Most Dropsona products are not personalized.
