Lavender + White Sage Aromatherapy Scented Soy Wax Candle

This beautiful Aeviva Lavender Sage Scented Candle arrived as 11 ounces in a glass jar with a tight fitting wooden lid with a silicone seal. Because of the seal the lid is tight and a little difficult to remove but once opened, the delightful fragrance of this candle begins to permeate the air delivering its rich aroma into the room. I got this because it is made of natural soy wax and thus is non-toxic and free from paraffin and other toxic ingredients. This candle will burn for a long time and all safety precautions are printed on the box.

This candle has a calming lavender and sage scent that fills the room without being too strong. The fragrance feels clean and soothing, leans slightly more strongly in the direction of the lavender, and is great for relaxing at the end of the day or for hosting feng shui. It burns evenly with a steady flame and is a good size that should easily give many hours of burn time. I really enjoy soy candles and this one is great. The quality of the glass and the wooden lid also add to its style and feel.

I love aromatherapy and candles. I use them daily. A scent that I particularly like because it’s relaxing is lavender, which is why I ordered this candle. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT 1. The jar contains 11 ounces of candle wax, which I think is pretty good size for a single-wick candle. 2. The jar and the wooden cover are very attractive. I think that it would be good to be given as a gift. 3. This candle has a really nice cold throw. I’m able to smell the lavender whenever I take off the cover. 4. The product page says that this provides a 60-hour burn. I believe that because I’ve used this for about two to three hours and it still looks like it’s pretty new in terms of how much product is in the jar. 5. Unfortunately, I don’t think that it performs as well once it starts burning. When I used this, I didn’t have any fans or air conditioner on. However, I couldn’t really detect the smell of the candle unless I was very close to it. I don’t feel that it’s highly scented compared to other candles out there. 6. I also don’t feel that the scent is long lasting. It doesn’t linger for a while. 7. The jar is glass and is reusable. 8. The candle can be used for aromatherapy, but I feel that it’s a little bit weak, especially when using it for meditation and stress relief. I like my candles to be more pronounced. I’m used to candles that are very highly scented and that performs much better than waterless diffusers. OVERALL IMPRESSION: I was very excited to try this lavender and sage candle because I use essential oils to help me wind down when trying to go to sleep. Unfortunately, I feel that this candle doesn’t perform well so I don’t think that it’s cost-effective and worth its value. It is still a very nice looking candle that’s suitable to be given as a gift.
