I felt like the part between the bed and the headrest sank in slightly, putting some pressure on my throat and making me worry I might pass out if I stayed that way. I think that’s mostly due to my mattress, as my wife didn’t have this issue. Overall, I like the quality and form factor—it’s far better than twisting your head to the side during a massage. Very adjustable, easy to store, and the thick padding is a sign of quality. Great overall. I’d give it 5 stars if I could use it more comfortably, but that might just be due to how I’m using it. it. I will give it more chances and if I can use this long term I will come back and add one more star to the items.

I love this so much! my husband and I wanted to get this because we massage daily. And it makes it so much easier to reach the neck area! I thought it might not feel secure you know like come out of the bed. But no it is very secure and very adjustable so you can be higher or lower. For whatever feels right. It is so comfortable and easy to use, super sturdy! And exactly what we hoped for. We didn't want something that would take up too much room either and this stores GREAT!!!
